Experience & Qualifications
I am a certified postpartum and birth doula with over two decades of experience in supporting families and infants. I am a mother of two myself, and I know firsthand the challenges and joys of motherhood. I am passionate about providing compassionate, holistic care to families during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
I am certified through Cornerstone and DONA as both a postpartum and birth doula and as a Newborn Care Specialist through the NCSA. I have trained in infant massage, lactation/breastfeeding and as a sleep consultant. I am always looking to deepen my knowledge and experience through certifications and training programs.
Life saving skills include certification in Pediatric First Aid, and CPR, AED for infants, children, and adults.
My goal is that every mother feels grounded, nourished, empowered and ready to take on motherhood! I make sure that each woman that works with me is receiving physical and emotional care, both before and after birth.
I am committed to providing high-quality care to all families, regardless of their background or culture. I am fluent in English and Spanish.
